Job Description
Since its creation, EdAssist, a unique software-based service that helps organizations take a more strategic approach to their tuition assistance management, has met aggressive business and growth goals while continuing to be a fun and challenging place to work. We are now looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, EdAssist Loan Repay who is passionate about enhancing, maintaining, and managing software as a service products which delight the end-user. This individual will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to deliver the company's vision and strategy.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will work collaboratively with team to generate product requirements, determine specifications, production timetables, and plans for product introduction and roll-out. The Senior Product Manager will support existing client base and industry developments and identifies potential new product opportunities.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for the design, development, and ongoing enhancements of software systems that drive efficient and effective service delivery.
Lead efforts to improve customer experience through enhanced contact center management, advisers, and other points of end user engagement.
Drive service improvements to enhance EdAssist performance and maximize client satisfaction.
Conduct competitive research and analysis.
Collaborate effectively with internal Bright Horizons colleagues to continue driving EdAssist initiatives.
Conduct critical strategic risk and performance analysis to ensure continued service operations.
Job Requirements
What we hope you will bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.
6-10 years of product management experience.
Experience with B2B and SaaS-based solutions preferred.
Managed healthcare, benefits, and/or outsourcing service experience a plus.
Experience with Agile product development.
Familiarity with contact center transaction processing a plus.
Goal-oriented; must be able to demonstrate success meeting and exceeding business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to use data to spot and address risks.
Exceptional decision-making, prioritization, and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain business relationships across all organizational levels, i.e. peers, vendors, clients.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
