They have ambitious growth plans and we are looking for an Associate who will focus on furthering their growth and have a special focus on sales/marketing operations and analytics. This person will be part of an internal consulting team.


We are looking for someone with
Exemplary quantitative skills and the ability to translate and communicate analysis into business process
Strong project management and depth in sales process/reporting
Experience working directly with a sales and/or marketing organization
Hands-on CRM experience, ideally Salesforce.com
Above average Excel skills
Confidence and ability to present their findings to senior-level sales and marketing leaders, typically in a one-on-one setting


This is a strategically-important role that will have high visibility among sales and marketing leadership. The Associate will be looking at useful trends so sales and marketing can do better with pipeline management and make process/operational improvement across their funnel. The core of this role involves leading projects that identify opportunities to improve marketing and sales productivity, which includes developing hypotheses, generating frameworks for analysis, implementing process or technology changes, and training sales users.


Profile
3
years of experience focused on business process reengineering in a sales or marketing organization
Strong Salesforce.com (or other CRM), Business Intelligence software and Excel skills
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at any given time
Proven understanding of how to analyze and use data for process improvements and efficiencies
Bachelor's degree
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
