The Human Resources Senior Associate acts as a key strategic business partner and collaborates with HR and Leadership to define and execute HR strategies, programs and processes that drive performance excellence.
Responsibilities:
Performance Management: Proactively and strategically build upon existing performance programs (competency models, appraisal forms, systems) and lead the implementation of new programs, such as
job
rotation, career path definition and succession planning.
Effectively create and use reports to find trends within division (turnover,
employee
engagement, performance management)
Provide guidance to hiring managers in the execution of performance reviews, bonus processes, compensation, employee action plans and terminations.
Represent HR to assigned departments as an onsite contact for all employee relations matters. This includes proactively implementing and facilitating
manager
/team-building activities, coaching employees on internal career paths, responding to general policy and process questions and providing dispute/conflict resolution and mediation skills, coordinating with the HR Manager as necessary.
Senior Associates will effectively handle performance management issues independently and perform as a complete backup to the HR Manager
Advocate and role model athena's cultural guiding principles to employees and management, which can mean purporting and/or executing difficult actions that are for the greater good over the individual
Partner with hiring managers (within assigned departments) by overseeing job design and organizational structure as it relates to new positions, providing organizational context to Recruiting on job openings, working with department Leaders and Recruiting in the quarterly budgeting process to understand and create realistic hiring forecasts that meet capacity model needs.
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting
Qualifications
4-6 years Human Resources experience
Strong planning skills and foresight; able to prioritize workload and think big picture
Generalist knowledge of a full HR lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, legal/compliance, employee relations)
Ability to provide credible HR guidance to and influence management at all levels, including Leadership
Exceptional communication skills, including group presentation and relationship development skills
Advanced Excel and Power Point skills are required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively with a wide array of personality types and all job levels
Ability to write and deliver effective presentations and coordinate activities in front of large groups of people while maintaining audience engagement and participation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
