We are seeking a Recruiter who will use his/her prior experience in a high-growth, high volume, deadline-driven environment to recruit exceptional technologists. In addition to hiring experienced professionals, we are looking to leverage your past experience inCampus recruiting to execute
events
aimed at attracting and hiring interns and new graduates from the nation's top engineering schools.
You will work in our Watertown corporate headquarters reporting directly the
manager
of Technical Recruiting and working closely with the Manager of Campus Recruiting to meet our aggressive growth goals. Seasonal travel associated with campus recruitment is required.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to identify ideal technical candidate profiles, which entails gaining a firm understanding of athena's culture, technology and business needs.
Creatively source qualified, top-notch candidates for a diverse range of levels and across several geographies (sourcing includes extensive cold-calling as well as internet and database searches and networking)
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best and brightest talent and work relentlessly to fill active
job
openings, and build a pipeline of candidates for future needs.
Screen and conduct first round interviews to determine appropriate potential fit within the organization;
Manage full-candidate life cycle - resume screening, interviewing, selection, offers and on-boarding.
Conduct research on target companies and passive candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, advanced sourcing strategies, and niche job sites in addition to other online resources
Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Technical Recruiting
Campus Recruiting
Attend campus recruiting events such as Information Sessions and Career Fairs at target schools as a representative of athenahealth.
Ensure interview teams are prepared by distributing and collecting interview documents and evaluation forms
Measure, track and respond to candidate application submissions
Coordinate individual and group interviews, serving as each candidate's main point of contact leading up to their interview
Partner with Campus Recruiting Manager on special projects like creative marketing/branding strategies, university research, and post-season analysis and recommendations
Manages the end-to-end candidate process for campus candidates, including resume screening, interviews, selection, offers, negotiation and onboarding
Seasonal travel required during peak interview periods .
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required;
3-5 years of recruitment experience ideally in both agency and corporate environments sourcing and developing relationships with technical professionals in the software development, engineering, network infrastructure, and/or systems administration fields.
1-2 years previous recruiting experience with University/College recruitment & programming at top tier universities
Mastery of all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as a solid working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and social media.
Service-oriented with high regard for the candidate experience
Sense of humor, and an appreciation for being part of a team
Self-motivated; must be flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize
Highly organized with a maniacal attention to detail
Excellent reporting skills including clear, accurate, and timely metrics generation
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels of an organization.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
