Business Technology Analyst
What you will be doing:
Work with Senior Business Technology Analyst and Infrastructure team to maintain maximum uptime and availability for BH systems.
Demonstrate knowledge in technical architecture, sequence planning, systems integration, and business process engineering to maintain and grow enterprise-level solutions.
Work closely with project teams and business owners to provide alignment and integrations with internal enterprise level systems such as SharePoint, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.
Analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve break/fix issues. Provide appropriate communication related to these issues as outlined in service level agreements.
Evaluate and resolve application issues. Research customer questions, verify reported problems, and work with team members to resolve issues.
Research new solutions and product enhancements that align with the goals of the organization. Document technical requirements for development projects.
Requirements
What we hope that you will bring to the role:
Requires 2-4 years related professional IT experience.
Must be proficient in all aspects of the development process; possess strong technical problem solving, programming and communication skills.
Detail oriented and able to work well individually and within a team environment.
Must be self-directed, confident, and able to perform tasks of simple to moderate complexity.
Must be able to lead and drive meetings.
Experience with the following: T-SQL, MS (SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS), Windows OS, and .NET Technologies is required
Any experience with Java and web technologies is a plus
