Applicants must be willing to shift gears to do all kinds of tasks, some of which include:
brewing coffee, crafting barista drinks, baking cookies, stocking of supplies, assisting customers, use of Toast POS system, and knowledge of breakfast products.
What we look for in an ideal candidate:
early riser (starting as early as 5am), flexibility in schedule, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team player! Starting pay is $15-$16 per hour, plus tips and very competitive benefits package.
