Our Dealerships include Lexus of Watertown, Toyota of Watertown in Watertown, MA and Minuteman Volkswagen in Bedford, MA.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Responsible for helping with day-to-day employment issues or employee concerns for our organization.
Assisting recruiting and on boarding.
Provide guidance to new associates in the completion of all required forms and paperwork.
Assist new associates by explaining available benefits.
Works with 3rd party vendor and responds to unemployment requests.
Maintain and keep updated associate files for easy reference.
Assist with workers comp claims and reports and maintains OSHA 300 logs and investigation reports.
Assist in compliance with ACA.
Maintain separate file for each associate containing any medical, injury, or Workman's Compensation details.
Position Requirements:
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent people and leadership skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background check and drug testing in order to qualify for employment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
