00 Base+Commission/yearnnnDescriptionnOlympia Moving & Storage, a rapidly growing high-end relocation company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Executive for our Boston area location.
nnSummarynThe Sales Executive position reports to the Commercial Sales Manager and is responsible for creating and managing new sales opportunities and maintaining existing business relationships within a geographic territory.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, goal oriented, and will demonstrate excellent communications skills and a strong sales track record.
This is a fast-paced environment with emphasis on closing profitable sales.
nnThe Sales Executive will be provided with monthly sales targets; and performance will be measured against their capacity to consistently meet these targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating commercial sales opportunities within the Metro Boston and New England market; and will have the requisite tools, training, and support necessary to build the sales territory.

Responsibilities:
nnntProspecting for new opportunitiesntDeveloping contacts and working with locally based corporations, businesses and commercial real estate organizationsntFostering relationships with companies, non-profit organizations and logistics providers to drive opportuniites.
ntProducing National Account/Corporate opportunitiesntNetworking in the Metro Boston and New England marketsntMastering best practices, processes and internal systems at OlympiantGenerating virtual and on-site estimates for prospectsntCommunicating on a regular basis with the coordination and operational teamsnnnThe individual in this role must:
nnntOwn the company's relationship with the customer; which includes problem solving, and ensuring client satisfactionntEffectively leverage our marketing initiatives and CRM to develop businessntSupply management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and trendsnnnnQualificationsnRequirements:
nnntA Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
ntSuccessful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
ntStrong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills along with time management and organizational skills are key to success.
ntAn ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems.
ntA minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience preferably in services sales industryntReliability, attentiveness and professionalism is essential with consultative selling style.
nn Recommended Skills Communication Consultative Selling Coordinating Customer Service Professional Attitude Reliability Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
