Tier 1 Help Desk Engineer - Waltham, MA
Contract $25-28/hr Waltham,Massachusetts This client is a provider of high tech AI powered security measures for events and stadiums.
They are seeking a Tech Support Specialist to play a crucial role in their equipment overhaul project.
In the role you'll be responsible for providing tech support for Windows and Mac systems, working with O365, imaging computers, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the project.
Collaboration with the IT team will be essential to ensure the successful implementation of equipment upgrades.
Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation of support activities to track progress and assist in future troubleshooting.
Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the seamless execution of the project.
This is a short term project that will last between 4 to 6 weeks and is fully onsite in Waltham, MA.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in providing technical support for Windows and Mac systems
Proficiency in Office 365 applications
Familiarity with imaging computers and software deployment
Knowledge of Windows Autopilot is highly desirable
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
