The Opportunity:
Clinic AssistantLocationOur Watertown site (located at 1 Mount Auburn Street Watertown, MA) is a focused practice, providing Internal Medicine and Behavioral Health services to adult patients.
We are seeking a full-time, 40 hour Clinic Assistant to support the practice Monday through Friday.
What You'll Work OnThe Clinic Assistant is responsible for assisting in the care and treatment of patients in an outpatient clinic, utilizing training skills to ensure the highest quality of care, while always maintaining a professional manner.
Greets and assists patients and other guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
Provides assistance to Medical Assistants, Nurses, and Providers with procedures and clinical tasks after proper training and demonstrated competency Assists in routine point of care testing quality assurance, maintenance, and logs Cleans and stages exam and procedure rooms in between patient occupancy Participates in regular and accurate inventory and supply restocking processes as assigned Assists with rooming patients including vital signs Assists with procedures or acts as a chaperone once trained Performs administrative tasks such as composing and responding to emails, answering, and making phone calls, etc.
Shares responsibility for clinical daily activities including check list for opening and closing of clinic Reviews, understands, and follows relevant Standard Work documents and carries out processes as assigned Actively participates in process improvement activities, including piloting own ideas to remove all forms of waste in our processes Attends meeting and continuing education opportunities as directed Performs other duties as assigned Experience We Hope You Have Required:
Completion of High School or Equivalent Preferred:
Previous healthcare experience (can be administrative or clinical role) or Matriculated health sciences student or Certificate of completion in any of the following clinical programs:
Phlebotomy, EKG technician, EMT, Paramedic or CNA Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Certified Nursing Assistant Clinical Works Curiosity Electrocardiography Friendliness Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
