We have a professional,friendly and caring team that provides the highest quality of care to our patients.
Our office is state of the art with the latest technology.
Office Hours Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-1 We are looking for someone with Dental Office Experience.
Dentrix Software experience preferred.
Duties include:
Working with the team, managing staff and providing direction for Dr and hygiene schedule.
Ensuring operational staffing needs are met (scheduling staff) Working with insurance companies following up on claims and denials Treatment planning and presenting treatment plans to patients Discussing financial arrangements (Care Credit experience helpfull) Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries Ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients Process dental claims for the patient (we are a fee for service and only in network with Blue Cross) Run and analyze management reports, monthly reports, etc Ensuring clean and organized office appearance, We are located in Watertown square.
