Practice Manager

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented Practice Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee all administrative operations in our dental practice.
A candidate who has the ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, and stay organized.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Duties and responsibilities of the Practice Manager include, but are not limited to:
Providing oversight and direction to the team to ensure the consistent delivery of adequate customer service; Participating in the interview process of all potential staff and providing support in the orientation and training of new team members; Collaborating with the Regional Practice Manager, and Director of Operations to ensure consistent and efficient operation of the office including staffing, training, and scheduling; Leading, inspiring, and motivating others to perform and develop in their respective duties; Manage and direct staff assignments and activities, in accordance with office policy and applicable laws; Participate in marketing goals and objectives; Oversee patient relationships and manage patient complaints; Coordinate monthly staff meetings Engage in conflict resolution and conduct disciplinary action when necessary; Ensure compliance of all office staff to HIPAA regulations relating to patient records and privacy as well as state and federal regulations governing clinical practice; Full Job description to be discussed during interview process

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
