Our Opportunity C4T's Legal team is seeking an experienced contracts negotiator to work with us to draft, analyze and negotiate the terms and conditions of contracts requested by employees and consultants across the company, including but not limited to:
clinical trial agreements, sponsored research agreements, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements; statements of work, service agreements, and vendor agreements.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Contracts & IP, and will support and work with C4T's contracts team and the entire C4T organization to execute agreements necessary to achieve our corporate goals.
The position requires knowledge of clinical trial site agreements, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
In addition, the successful candidate will have a strong commitment to team success, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
The Role Ensure appropriate internal contracts processes and procedures are followed Process, analyze and review new contracts in an efficient and effective manner Work with C4T counsel to prepare, review and negotiate clinical trial site agreements Prepare amendments, addendums, and contract extension documents Coordinate with the clinical operations department and outside CROs and consultants to ensure timely contract completion Liaise with the accounting department on financial approval matters as they pertain to contracts Monitor and ensure effective operations of C4T's contract management system and appropriate database logging of contract information Review and update contract templates as needed Your Background Bachelor's degree and experience with drafting, negotiating and managing clinical and other contracts, with at least 3 years of experience in a life sciences environment preferred Strong ability to work independently Strong interpersonal skills Team oriented and willing to pitch in to accomplish team goals Ability to juggle multiple tasks in parallel Highly organized with strong writing and communication skills and attention to detail Familiarity with contract management systems Approximate Timing:
