We are a family run company and would need help in accounting, as well as answering the phone in our showroom.
Duties and Responsibilities Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees Answer basic/common questions, about showroom hours and brands sold Ability to grow role in company.
Provides support for the sales team as needed Help with basic AP and AR accounting.
Helping with basic office duties such as invoicing, statements and helping managers in other office tasks.
Skills and Qualifications Positive attitude for greeting customers in a friendly and warm manner upon arrival to the office or through the phone Communication skills to be able to talk to clients and team members to understand their needs Administrative skills to be able to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office Familiarity with office machines - printer, scanner etc Proficient in English, other languages a plus but not required Knowledge of basic bookkeeping Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties if priorities change Experience Requirements Basic knowledge in office and accounting skills.
High school diploma required, additional qualifications will be a plus Job Types:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
