Position Overview:
As a Food Service Team Member, you'll fulfill Flavor Boom! orders to team standards, help customers order on kiosks and over-the-phone, open and/or close the store, and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the store.
No cash handling or prior food-service experience necessary! Fulfilling Flavor Boom! orders is as easy as working at an ice cream store!
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly.
Prepare food items accordingly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and rotating food items.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
